iVOOMi Energy says that the electric scooters will be available at dealerships in 12 Indian cities, Pune, Nagpur, Gondia, Mumbai, Nanded, Kolhapur, Ichalkaranji, Ahmednagar, Surat, Bhavnagar, Adipur and Kutch starting May 28. Whereas by June 5 it will be available in other dealerships across India. The pre-booking for this has already started and the new scooter can be booked by paying a token amount of Rs 749.
The ex-showroom price of iVOOMi S1 is Rs.84,999. It is powered by a 2kW electric motor that offers a top speed of 65 kmph. This electric scooter gets a 60V, 2kWh swappable lithium-ion battery pack.
It claims to offer a riding range of 115 kms on a single full charge and is fully charged in 3-4 hours. Its curb weight is 75 kg.
Talking about iVOOMi Jeet, it has been introduced in two variants – Jeet and Jeet Pro. iVOOMi Jeet has been launched at an ex-showroom price of Rs 82,999. At the same time, the price of Jeet Pro has been fixed at Rs 92,999.
iVOOMi has launched both the scooters with premium design and ultra-powerful build quality. The battery pack of 1.5kw-2 kW has been used in Jeet and Jeep Pro. These scooters offer a range of 130 kms on a single charge.
The iVOOMi scooters are offered in three color options – Red, Yellow and Grey. Ground clearance of 170 mm has been given in these scooters. The company is procuring electronic components and parts from local manufacturers to produce its scooters.
Talking about the features found in these scooters, features like Find My Scooter, Parking Assist, USB Charging have been given in it. The scooter has been given a huge boot space of 30-litre storage. According to the company, the lithium-ion battery packs of iVOOMi are being made in India.
