IRCTC RailOne Super App Available for Download, Now All Railway Services in One Place
The RailOne app is now available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Now, from booking railway tickets to ordering food, everything will be just a click away. IRCTC has launched its new super app ‘RailOne’, which was announced a few months ago to improve convenience for thousands of passengers. This app has been developed in partnership with the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) and IRCTC to eliminate the need for multiple apps. With RailOne, users can now access essential services like ticket booking, PNR status, live train tracking, platform passes, and food ordering—all in one place.
The RailOne app went live today, 1 July, and is available for download on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The main highlight of RailOne is that it consolidates several railway apps (like Rail Connect, NTES, UTS, Rail Madad, Food on Track, etc.) into a single platform. This means users no longer need to switch between different apps, which also helps save mobile storage.
In terms of user interface, the app is clean and modern, making ticket booking, train tracking, and food ordering simple with just one or two taps. It includes features like Tatkal auto-fill, real-time train tracking, travel insurance, grievance redressal, and B2B freight booking.
IRCTC says the super app will save users time and simplify travel planning. With real-time alerts, multiple payment options, and personalized suggestions, the app aims to become a digital command center for train passengers.
Earlier, the IRCTC mobile app focused only on ticket bookings. But RailOne is set to transform the overall travel experience—whether it’s checking seat availability, tracking tickets, ordering meals, booking hotels, or managing logistics.
