The launch of iQOO 11 series is near. The company has revealed the launch of its new flagship phone series on December 2 in China and Malaysia. iQOO 11 5G will be one of the first set of phones to feature the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. iQOO’s parent company Vivo has already revealed that the flagship phone will feature Qualcomm’s new top-of-the-line SoC. Today, the company has released another teaser that reveals more details about the display unit.
iQOO has confirmed that the iQOO 11 5G will have LPDDR5X RAM under the hood. The company also revealed that the upcoming premium phone will come with UFS 4.0 storage, which is the fastest standard currently.
At the same time, the company has not yet disclosed the storage configuration. It is expected that the iQOO 11 series will come with at least three storage options. iQOO 11 5G specification
iQOO has already teased the design of its upcoming flagship phone. The device will come with a rectangle shaped camera module at the back. It will have a triple-camera setup. The text on the camera module reveals that the iQOO 11 series will feature a V2 chip. For starters, the Vivo V2 chip is a custom-developed Image Signal Processor (ISP) that is used to improve the phone’s low-light video recording and portrait mode capabilities. The device will launch in at least two color options, Alpha Black and Legend Edition.
The phone is said to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution. It is also said to support an advanced 144Hz refresh rate, which is higher than the 120Hz refresh rate of the current model. There will be a hole-punch cutout at the top center of the display, which will remain flat. Very thin bezels are also given around the screen.
iQOO 11 5G Battery Camera
The phone is also said to have 8GB/12GB of RAM along with 128GB/256GB of internal storage. It will pack a 5000mAh battery under the hood with 120W fast charging support out of the box. There will be no wireless charging support.
The rear camera setup is said to include a 50MP main camera sensor with f/1.9 aperture, a 13MP ultrawide camera, and an 8MP portrait sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfie, this device will have a 16MP front camera sensor.
iQOO will launch the phone with Android 13 out-of-the-box. The device will launch in China with OS 3. The India version, which is likely to launch in January 2023, will launch with a layer of Funtouch OS 13 on top of Android. There is also a possibility of iQOO launching the 11 Pro alongside the regular model.
