Investors of Sovereign Gold Bond have to complain! RBI told this easy way

Register your complaint with the Nodal Officer
If you want to register your complaint related to Sovereign Gold Bond, then you can register your complaint with the Nodal Officer of RO at the first level. You can first register your complaint with the nodal officer of the receiving office. You can easily register your complaint in the designated post office, bank, Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SCHIL) and stock exchange (NSE and BSE) to register the complaint.

Complain at the second level here
If even after complaining to your bank, stock holding corporation or stock exchange, it is not resolved, then at the second level you can register your complaint in the escalation matrix with the ROs.

Complain to RBI in the third level
If your complaint is not heard in both the above options, then in such a situation you can directly complain to RBI. You can mail your complaint to [email protected] After this your complaint will be disposed of as soon as possible.
