Aston Martin describes the new Aston Martin Vantage as «the most driver-oriented and fastest Vantage in the brand’s 74-year history». At the basis of Vantage 2025 lies a thoroughly modernized 4,0-liter engine V8 with twin turbocharged power of 656 hp. and a torque of 800 Nm, which significantly increases the power to 153 hp. and 115 Nm compared to the old model.
In combination with the engine, the familiar 8-speed automatic transmission ZF is used, driving the rear wheels and allowing the car to accelerate to 96 km/h in 3,4 seconds, while developing a maximum speed of 325 km/h. The new launch control system and adjustable traction control system allow to improve the acceleration of the car.
The front wall of the body was modernized and moved, the transverse thickness between the pillars of the rear suspension was increased, and intelligent adaptive dampers were also installed. Aston Martin claims that these new dampers create “a truly sporty feel, while still leaving room for more rigid body control” and are combined with an improved steering system with electronic boost.
All Vantages from 2025 will come standard with 21-inch forged discs, wearing made-to-order Michelin Pilot Sport 5 S tires in sizes 275/35 front and 325/30 rear. Quadruple brake discs are also included in the standard equipment, and carbon-ceramic brakes are an additional option and not only improve the characteristics, but also reduce the unsprung mass by 27 kg. Installed advanced system of control of vehicle dynamics and electronic rear differential, working in conjunction with the updated system ESP.
Aston Martin increased the size of the radiator grille and installed Matrix LED headlights, similar to those on the DB12. The sports car also has a wider rear bumper, larger exhaust pipes and in addition to the standard color options, it can be ordered in one of three available colors.
The dashboard includes a new 10.25-inch infotainment system, complemented by a number of physical buttons and switches. Audio system with 11 speakers with a power of 390 W is included in the standard configuration, and a system Bowers & Wilkins with 15 speakers with a power of 1170 W is available as an option.
Aston Martin will begin production of the Vantage in this quarter of 2025, and first deliveries will begin in the second quarter.
