Daily Time Limit Reminder
Instagram has changed the Your Activity feature to Daily Time Limit after the new update. Under this feature, users could earlier set a daily time limit of at least 10 minutes per day on the app. Now this time has been increased to 30 minutes. Daily time limit options are 30 minutes, 45 minutes, one hour, two hours and three hours.
A few days after Instagram released its Take a Break feature, it has changed the daily time limit settings, which is designed to help users take intervals between the time they spend on the app.

You should keep updating your Instagram account to use the new features. Updating Instagram gives you access to the latest features and bug fixes. You can update your account by going to the App Store and pressing the Update button for the Instagram app.
