The network lit up, presumably, a mobile APU Ryzen 7 6800U or some other senior processor of the new AMD line.
The APU worked as part of the Asus VivoBook laptop. It is known that the processor contains eight cores, supports SMT, and in the case of this instance it was a frequency of 4 GHz, at least according to the catalog number.
Unfortunately, it is very difficult to say anything about performance. The CrossMark benchmark in this regard is not particularly indicative, since, for example, the result of the Ryzen 9 5900HX may well be lower than that of the Ryzen 7 5800U. In any case, the conditional Ryzen 7 6800U performed at about the level of the Ryzen 7 5800U. It is important to add that in this case only the performance of the processor part was evaluated.
New processors AMD will present on January 4th. According to reports, the Ryzen 6000U line will be based on Zen 3+ processor cores and will receive a Navi 2 GPU.
