Here you have to click on Proceed to Update Aadhaar option.

You will now be asked to enter the Aadhaar card number and captcha code. After this OTP will come to your Registered Mobile number. Enter and submit OTP. After entering OTP, you need to click on Update Demographics Data. Then you have to click on Address. Then click on Proceed. After that you will see your old address and below you will have to fill in some personal information and also upload valid documents. Double check the address and then submit Final. After that, you will get the Update Request Number (URN) which allows you to check the status on the UIDAI website.
