The front fascia of the Hyundai Stargazer is inspired by its larger version, the Hyundai Staria, and full-width horizontal LED DRLs can be seen in the bonnet line. Further down there is a front grille with a rectangular pattern which is surrounded by vertically positioned LED headlamps.
Apart from this, the Hyundai Stargazer gets vertical tail lamps at the rear, which are connected by a light stripe forming an ‘H’. Talking about its interiors, the Hyundai Stargazer will be offered in the market with a six-seat layout, with captain seats for the middle row.
On the other hand, if you look at the features found in the new Hyundai Stargazer MPV, then it has been given features like an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, a wireless charger and roof mounted aircon AC vents for the rear passengers.
Apart from this, to add to the practicality quotient, features like a foldable tray behind the driver’s seat, cup holder and seatback pocket are also provided in this MPV. According to the information, the new Hyundai Stargazer is also going to be equipped with features like Advanced Driver Assistance (ADAS).
Talking about the features available in its ADAS, it includes features like front-collision avoidance, rear cross-traffic collision avoidance, lane-keep assist and blind-spot collision avoidance assist. Customers can also make use of Hyundai’s BlueLink connected car features such as remote engine start/stop, door lock/unlock and AC on/off.
Coming to the engine, the Hyundai Stargazer for the Indonesian markets uses a 1.5-litre petrol engine that produces 113 Bhp of power and 144 Nm of peak torque. This engine is mated to a CVT and a six-speed manual gearbox.
Talking about the launch of Hyundai Stargazer in the Indian market, at present the company has not given any information about it. However, if it is launched in India, it will compete with cars like the MPV Kia Carens, Maruti Suzuki XL6 and Toyota Innova Crysta.
