New Delhi. Hyundai Motor India recently launched the facelifted versions of the Grand i10 Nios hatchback and the Aura compact sedan. The company further plans to update 4 of its popular models which include the i20 hatchback, Creta, Tucson and Alcazar SUVs.
Hyundai i20
Minor changes are expected to be made in the new Hyundai i20 facelift. The spy images reveal that the hatchback could get a redesigned front grille, slightly modified bumper, new-designed alloy wheels and Venue-inspired taillamps. Talking about the features, the updated i20 may get new interior theme and seat upholstery along with ventilated front seats. Powering the hatchback could be the same 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol, 1.0L turbo petrol and 1.5L diesel engines. Gearbox options will also remain the same – i.e. 5-speed manual, 6-speed iMT, 7-speed DCT and a CVT.
New Creta Facelift
New Creta Facelift is one of the most awaited upcoming Hyundai cars in 2024. The SUV will come with Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS), in which safety features like automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring system, forward are provided. Features like new seat upholstery, 360 degree camera and new digital instrument console. Important changes will also be made in its exterior. Under the hood, the new Creta will be powered by 1.5L turbo petrol and 1.5L NA petrol engines.

Tucson The Hyundai Tucson facelift is currently in its initial testing phase. Some design changes could be inspired by the Palisade, which includes the parametric grille with a thick chrome strip and squarish LED elements near the DRLs. Similar to the current model, the Tucson facelift could be offered with 2.0L petrol and 2.0L diesel engines making 154bhp with 192Nm and 184bhp with 416Nm respectively. Both the motors could get a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. The range-topping diesel variant will get a 4WD system.
