Best Selling Midsize Sedans: New-gen Hyundai Verna retained the title of best selling midsize sedan by beating Honda City for the second month in a row. Hyundai Verna has sold over 4,000 units in April 2023 with an annual growth of 412 percent. A growth of 412 per cent has been seen in April this year as compared to 781 units during the same period last year. The fifth generation Honda City sold 1,920 units last month and was the second midsize sedan. Skoda Slavia stood at number three in the list of top selling midsize sedans with total sales of 1,585 units last month. In April 2022, 2,431 units of Swalia were sold, in such a situation, the sales of this sedan have also seen an annual decline of 35 percent. Volkswagen Virtus sold 1,481 units in the domestic market last month. At the same time, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz sold only 1,017 units last month. Ciaz had sold only 579 units in April 2022, so the sales of this sedan have seen a jump of 76 percent in April this year.
