Customers interested in buying this electric crossover can book it through Hyundai’s official website by paying Rs 1 lakh. With pre-bookings open, Hyundai has confirmed that the Ioniq 5 will be launched at the upcoming Delhi Auto Expo 2023 on January 11, 2023. The Hyundai Ioniq 5 electric SUV won the title of World Car of the Year in 2022.
Look and Design
Talking about its look and design, the new Ioniq 5 gets a very futuristic exterior profile. Which includes its LED headlamps with square DRLs, 20-inch aerodynamically-designed alloy wheels, flush-fitting door handles, pixelated LED taillights, an integrated spoiler and a shark-fin antenna. Its looks are quite different from the company’s current model lineup, making it one of the most beautiful looking cars in the portfolio.
Cabin & Features

Hyundai will offer 21 Hyundai SmartSense (Hyundai SmartSense) level-2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) features in its electric SUV IONIQ 5. With these features, Hyundai IONIQ 5 will give a smart and intuitive driving experience. The ADAS found in the Hyundai IONIQ 5 will detect obstacles on the road or driver errors and take steps to avoid their impact. For this, automatic sensing technology with radars, sensors and cameras has been used. Hyundai SmartSense is equipped with tools like front camera, front radar and rear radar. The Hyundai IONIQ 5 will also include new ADAS functions such as – Safe Exit Assist (SEA) and Rear Occupant Alert (ROA).
