HUAWEI expanded its range of branded wearables with the introduction of the Band 11 and Band 11 Pro smartbands. The new products are similar in appearance and specifications, but differ in case materials and sizes.
Both devices feature 1.62-inch AMOLED touchscreens with a resolution of 286×482 pixels (347 ppi). A hardware button on the side panel allows quick access to menus and other functions. Both fitness trackers are water-resistant to 5ATM.
The trackers feature a 9-axis IMU, which combines three types of sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer), an optical heart rate sensor, and a light sensor. They are compatible with devices running Android 9.0 and later and iOS (version 13.0 or later).
The new devices are powered by a 300 mAh battery, which provides up to 14 days of operation with moderate use, up to 8 days in normal mode, or up to 3 days with the Always-On Display function enabled.
The HUAWEI Band 11 is available in aluminum alloy or durable polymer versions (weighting between 16 and 17 grams depending on the material). The HUAWEI Band 11 Pro is only available in an aluminum version, weighing 18 grams.
The basic HUAWEI Band 11 is available in beige, green, white, black, and pink for $43 in China. The Band 11 Pro is available only in green, black, and blue and costs $80.
