According to the reports, the top speed of HOP OXO will be 100 kmph. With its lithium-ion battery pack, it will be able to cover a range of around 150 km on a single charge. HOP is the first electric vehicle manufacturer in the country to invite consumers to test its product.
Ketan Mehta, CEO and co-founder, Hope Electric Mobility, says that even though products are developed in studios and labs by engineers and designers, feedback from dealers and consumers is also important. We are thrilled to announce that HOP Electric Mobility is the first Indian EV company to begin consumer testing.
The company says that it has tested the HOP OXO electric motorcycle by driving more than 30,000 kms in 20 Indian cities. The company believes that these inputs will prove to be instrumental in launching products that meet the requirements of modern customers.
Here is the production plan
HOP has launched a state-of-the-art HOP Megaplex in Jaipur. The company has set a target of manufacturing up to 1.8 lakh units annually. Presently the company is manufacturing LEO and LYF range of scooters. Soon, the LYF2.0 and OXO vehicles will be manufactured at this plant.
