Next week, Honor is set to unveil a special edition of its flagship smartphone, the Magic7 — the RSR Porsche Design. This new version will not only feature a unique design but also come with impressive technical upgrades. One of the standout features will be its advanced TV camera, which Honor claims will be the most sophisticated on the market.
Honor promises that the Magic7 RSR Porsche Design’s camera will be unmatched in several key ways:
- It will feature the industry’s first AI-powered 100x super telephoto lens.
- It will include the first-ever periscope lens with an ultra-wide aperture.
- It will have the first telephoto lens with dual electromagnetic focus motors.
Rumors suggest that the TV camera will come with a 200-megapixel sensor (1/1.4-inch size) and a f/1.88 aperture, offering 3x optical zoom. Additionally, the main camera will be a 50 MP OmniVision OV50K sensor (1/1.3-inch size) with a variable aperture that adjusts from f/1.2 to f/2.0. The smartphone will also feature a 50 MP ultra-wide camera with a 122° field of view and a close-focus capability of just 2.5 cm.
The Honor Magic7 RSR Porsche Design will be officially revealed on Monday, December 23.
