The new 2022 Honda CB300F will be manufactured at the company’s Gujarat factory on an exclusive line designated for mid-sized motorcycles. It will also meet the demand of both domestic and export markets. However, the company will continue to reserve key manufacturing lines for its high demand scooters.

The bookings for the new Honda CB300F motorcycle started on the day of its launch earlier this month. Customers can book their motorcycles online at any of Honda Two-Wheeler’s authorized dealerships or on the official website.

The new CB300F is the company’s fourth bike in the 300cc to 500cc segment. It gets a new 293cc oil-cooled 4-valve SOHC engine that produces 24.4 Bhp of power and 25.6 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

It is equipped with dual channel ABS for better braking performance along with disc brakes on both the wheels. Slipper and assist clutch function have been given in this bike. Talking about the suspension, golden USD front forks have been given at the front and monoshock suspension unit at the rear.

The new Honda CB300F is available in three color options Matte Axis Gray Metallic, Matte Marvel Blue Metallic and Sports Red. The company has introduced it in two trims – Deluxe and Deluxe Pro. Prices of the new bike start at Rs 2.25 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi) for the Deluxe trim and go up to Rs 2.29 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the Deluxe Pro trim.

Talking about the sales, Honda Two-Wheeler has registered a growth of 15 percent in India in the last month (July 2022) to 4,43,643 vehicles. In July 2022, while the company sold 4,02,701 units in the domestic market, it exported 40,942 units from India. The total sales of Honda motorcycles stood at 3,85,533 units in the same period last year.

Honda Two-Wheelers launched the Activa 6G Premium Edition in India last week. The scooter has been launched at a price of Rs 75,400, ex-showroom, with new color options and some attractive changes. Gold element has been used in the premium version scooter. It also gets gold finish steel wheels with a gold badge.
