Banks will remain closed on these dates on Holi

According to the holiday calendar of RBI, there will be a holiday in banks in Bihar on March 22 due to Bihar Day. After this, due to the fourth Saturday on March 23, there will be a holiday in banks across the country. Banks are going to remain closed on 24th March on Sunday holiday. Banks are going to remain closed in different states on March 25, 26 and 27 due to Holi. In such a situation, there will be a holiday in banks from March 22 to March 29 in different states of the country.

Banks will open on 31st of next week also

This month i.e. in March, banks are going to remain open on Sunday, 31st. The Reserve Bank of India has directed to open branches for government work on March 31. All the banks under RBI are going to be open to the public on this day. Actually this is the last day of the current financial year.

When are the holidays in the stock market?

There are three consecutive days of holiday in the stock market from tomorrow. At the same time, markets will remain closed next week due to Holi and Good Friday. National Stock Exchange and Mumbai Stock Exchange will also remain closed during these two days. Next week the stock market will be open only for 3 days. Trading in shares, futures market and transfer of shares will remain closed on March 25 and March 29. Apart from this, you cannot buy or sell any shares by borrowing. Future trading in the currency market will also remain closed during these two days. However, there will be half holiday in the commodity market on Holi. Markets will not remain closed all the time. Commodity markets will remain closed from 9 am to 5 pm.
