HMD Global is reportedly working on a new smartphone named HMD Skyline. Earlier this month, renders of this device were leaked, revealing a design inspired by the Nokia Lumia 920. According to rumors, the HMD Skyline could be priced at €520 (approximately Rs. 45,000) for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The Geekbench listing reveals that the smartphone will feature a motherboard codenamed “Tomcat,” paired with 8GB of RAM and an octa-core processor. The processor has four cores running at 1.96GHz and the other four at 2.40GHz, indicating it is likely the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2.
Additionally, the Geekbench listing confirms that the device will run on Android 14. In terms of performance, it scored 1027 points in the single-core test and 2857 points in the multi-core test. While the Geekbench listing does not provide further details, some specifications have been previously leaked.
