HMD is set to introduce HMD-branded smartphones soon, as confirmed in February. Now, it seems that the HMD Pulse could be one of the first HMD phones to hit the market. A new report by MySmartPrice, along with popular tipster OnLeaks, has revealed the photos and specifications of the HMD Pulse. Let’s delve into the details of the HMD Pulse smartphone.
HMD Pulse Design
Leaked renders of the HMD Pulse show a punch-hole screen on the front. The back panel of the phone has a typical appearance with a black-colored dual camera module in the upper left corner and HMD branding in the center. The images indicate that the phone will be available in three colors: Black, Blue, and Pink.
Estimated Specifications of HMD Pulse
According to the report, the HMD Pulse will feature a 6.56-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution. This phone will be powered by the Unisoc T606 chipset. It will come with either 4GB or 8GB of RAM and will run on the Android 14 operating system out of the box. The battery capacity is expected to be 5,000mAh, although there is no information about its charging capacity.
It is speculated that the HMD Pulse will be accompanied by two other models, namely the Pulse+ and Pulse Pro. Information about these variants is not yet available. The brand is also reportedly preparing HMD Legend, Legend+, and Legend Pro smartphones. According to reports, HMD may introduce the Pulse and Legend series along with a Barbie-themed flip phone in July this year.
