Hero’s new scooter Maestro Xoom coming next week, tough competition from Activa Smart

Hero Maestro Xoom Scooter Launch Details:
Hero MotoCorp, the country’s largest two-wheeler company, is about to launch another new scooter in the market next week, which will see smart features and better looks. Yes, Honda Two-Wheelers India launched its Activa Smarter variant Honda Activa Smart this week and now Hero MotoCorp’s new scooter Hero Maestro Zoom is going to be launched next week on January 30. At present, many variants of Maestro are being sold and now another new variant is coming, in which a lot of new things can be seen.

There will be something special in this scooter

The teaser released by Hero MotoCorp for its upcoming scooter reveals that the Maestro Zoom will sport a dual tone front apron, LED headlamp with X insignia, integrated turn indicators from the handlebar, redesigned taillamps, digital display with XTec connected features. Features like instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity, USB phone charger, turn-by-turn navigation notification, odometer, start/stop function and trip meters will be seen.

Hero Maestro Zoom will have 3 variants

According to media reports, Hero Maestro Zoom will be offered in 3 variants like LX, VX and ZX, in which disc brake and front axle can be seen in ZX variant. After that, combined braking system will be seen in all other variants. Maestro Xoom will be 1881mm in length, 731mm in width and 1117mm in height. The wheelbase of this scooter will be 1300mm. At the same time, it will have 12-inch front and rear wheels.

110 cc engine

Hero Maestro Xoom will be powered by a 110.9cc engine, which gives 8 bhp power and 8.7Nm pickup torque. This scooter will be equipped with the company’s i3S technology. There will be a CVT gearbox. It will get telescopic front upforks and conventional shock absorbers at the rear. Hero Maestro Zoom will cost more than Maestro Edge. Currently, Maestro Edge has two variants Drum and Disc, whose prices are Rs 66,820 and Rs 73,498 (ex-showroom).
