Hackers stole 200 GB of data from Epic Games, but the company doubts it

A group of Mogilevich hackers attacked Epic Games servers, from where the attackers managed to steal about 200 GB of data. Now they are demanding ransom.

Mogilevich had emails, passwords, source codes, internal correspondence, payment information and other valuable information at its disposal. The attackers have already put up all the loot for sale for 15 thousand dollars, which should take place before March 4. If no one pays, the data will likely be released to the public.

Representatives of Epic Games have already commented on the alleged leak: the company claims that Mogilevich has not provided any evidence that it actually has confidential data, and expresses doubts about the veracity of this information. As usual, hacker groups attach several files or screenshots, but this time the criminals limited themselves to just a statement.
