Mesha Energy Solutions has patented solutions to deliver faster charging and longer life cycles for almost any battery. According to a joint statement, Mesha’s functionality enables two times faster charging, helping the customer to ride with greater comfort. Mesha also offers an integrated charge balancer, ensuring the battery performs well under varying conditions.

Greaves Electric Mobility has taken several initiatives over the past few months to accelerate the development of electric vehicles in the country. The company acquired electric three-wheeler company Bestway, combined ELE e-rickshaws, MLR Autos with electric autorickshaws, and set up multi-brand EV retail store AutoEVmart, and also launched its EV factory in Ranipet, Tamil Nadu.

Greaves Electric Mobility manufactures vehicles in Ranipet, Tamil Nadu. The 35-acre plant, built to preserve the lush green surrounding the site, is located in the industrial hub of Tamil Nadu and serves as an electric mobility hub for both domestic and export markets.

The Ranipet plant will have a production capacity of 1,20,000 units by the end of this financial year and the production capacity is expected to reach 1 million units in future. Greaves Electric Mobility is encouraging people to adopt electric vehicles in the country. The company is supporting an ecosystem of last-mile mobility by catering to the needs of both B2C and B2B customers. Greaves Electric Mobility has a strong retail and after-sales network with over 7000 touchpoints, 12,000 associate mechanics and a dedicated on-call support team.

According to the company, the demand is increasing in non-metro areas and smaller cities and the high-speed segment contributing to the sales is getting a major contribution. According to Greaves Electric Mobility, the recently launched Ampere Magnus EX is receiving positive response from the customers. The Magnus EX offers a range of 121 km on a single charge and is priced at Rs 68,999 (ex-showroom).
