Sony unveiled a teaser for its Gran Turismo movie during a press conference at the Consumer Electronics Show 2023 in Las Vegas.
The video shows the first footage from the motorsport film, which is based on the PlayStation racing game series of the same name, but the plot is still unknown.
The film is being created with director Neil Blomkamp, who was nominated for an Oscar for District 9.
Actor Orlando Bloom says the episode is made for cinema: “The audience will feel every push, every thrill in this 200 mph race.”
“This is a cool racing car that will make you feel like you are in the epicenter,” adds David Harbour.
Gran Turismo will hit theaters on August 11, 2023.
