This case is Gautam Buddha Nagar, adjacent to Delhi. According to the report, the woman had made a MakeMyTrip plan by searching Google. The woman booked hotels and tickets online from this website.

3 lakh rupees deducted on one click

However, during ticket and hotel booking, more money was deducted from the woman’s account, which the woman complained about. After the complaint of the woman, a link was sent from the front for refund. Just should have been careful here. Actually it was a phishing link, which was sent with the intention of committing cyber fraud. On clicking this link, Rs 2.9 lakh was deducted from the woman’s account. The woman complained about this to the police.
