Tinkoff has denied rumors of an increase in commission on SWIFT transfers to $1,000. From June 30, the commission will be 1% of the transaction amount.
From 9 to 30 June SWIFT transfers are free for all clients. After the commission – 1% of the transfer amount, minimum – 30 dollars or 30 euros, maximum – 200 dollars or 200 euros.
In addition, the limit for transfers via the SWIFT system has changed, now you can transfer up to $20,000. Earlier, journalist Ksenia Sobchak in the author’s Telegram channel Bloody Lady reported that Tinkoff had raised the commission for SWIFT transfers to $1,000 and called this decision a “goodwill gesture” of the bank.
Earlier it was reported about the introduction of a commission of 3% of the amount for incoming SWIFT transfers in dollars, euros and pounds sterling, and also that SWIFT transfers can take a long time.
