Due to the boom in banking and auto stocks, the domestic stock market is booming today. This trading week is short because there is a holiday in the stock market on 4th April on the occasion of Mahavir Jayanti.

On the first day of the first trading week of the new financial year, the BSE’s 30-share index Sensex opened at 59,131.16 with a gain of 139.64 points, or 0.24 per cent. Along with this, the NSE’s 50-share index Nifty has managed to open at 17,427.95 with a gain of 68.20 points, or 0.39 per cent.
How was the market today in pre-opening
Today, in the pre-opening, the Nifty of NSE was visible at the level of 17447.45 with a gain of 87.70 points i.e. 0.51 percent. BSE’s Sensex was trading at the level of 59192.75 with a gain of 201.23 points i.e. 0.34 per cent in pre-opening today.
