Global Longlife Hospital and Research IPO: The IPO of Global Longlife Hospital and Research, which provides health care services, is going to open tomorrow (April 21). Investors will be able to invest till April 25 in the Rs 49 crore IPO of Multi Specialty Hospital in Gujarat. The price of Rs 140 per equity share has been fixed for the IPO and investors can bid for a minimum of 1000 shares, that is, they will be able to place their bid for at least Rs 1.40 lakh. After the success of the IPO, it will be listed on BSE SME and the promoters’ holding will come down from 81.43% to 54.29%.

  • This IPO of Rs 49 crore will be open for subscription between 21-25 April.
  • Under the issue, 35 lakh new equity shares of face value of Rs 10 will be issued.
  • The price has been fixed at Rs 140 per equity share and investors can bid for a minimum of 1000 shares i.e. at least Rs 1.40 lakh. The maximum bid size is 33.24 lakh shares.
  • 50 per cent of the issue is reserved for retail investors and 50 per cent for non-institutional investors.
  • After the success of the IPO, it will be listed on BSE SME.
  • The money raised through the issue can be used to acquire land on leasehold basis. To be used for loan repayment and general corporate purposes.

Talking about the financials, its net profit (Profit After Tax) in the financial year 2018-19 was Rs 136.47 lakh, which fell to the negative zone i.e. (-)86.24 lakh rupees in the next financial year 2019-20. This means that it had a loss of Rs 86.24 lakh in the financial year 2019-20. However, in the next financial year 2020-21, the situation improved and a profit of Rs 103.54 lakh was made. Talking about the first nine months of the last financial year 2021-22, Global Longlife Hospital and Research earned a net profit of Rs 386.31 lakh.
