According to the Chinese resource MyDrivers, Nvidia has stopped production of GPUs for the GeForce RTX 2060 and GeForce 2060 Super video cards. Manufacturers stocks of these video cards are small: after the leftovers are sold, the GeForce RTX 2060 will finally retire.
Recall that the GeForce RTX 2060 debuted at CES 2019, later Nvidia released the GeForce RTX 2060 with 12 GB of memory and the GeForce RTX 2060 Super. The “restart” of the models of the series was due to the shortage of 3D cards on the market, however, even then these “old new” video cards were sold much more expensive than the recommended price. Now, when many models of a higher level have fallen in price, there is no longer any point in extending the life of the GeForce RTX 2060.
