GATE 2023: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur conducted the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2023) this year, the results of which were released today. The time for releasing the results of this exam was given at 4 pm. But as soon as the result was released, the official website crashed, after which users commented fiercely on social media. However, after some time this problem was resolved. Students who appeared in the exam can check their result on the official site gate.iitk.ac.in.
Due to not being able to see the result on time, the users put a long line of posts on social media. Some compared GATE’s website to Snail and some gave their response through images. However, the candidates can now easily check their results by visiting the official site.
Why GATE is organized
To check the result, the candidate has to enter his/her application number and date of birth. This year the GATE exam was conducted on February 4, 5, 11 and 12, 2023. After which the answer key of this exam was released on 21 February. GATE is conducted for admission to PG courses in IISc Bangalore, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras and IIT Roorkee.
