Garmin unveils Venu 2 Plus and Vivomove Sport smartwatches at CES 2022

At CES 2022, Garmin unveiled two of its latest wearables – the Venu 2 Plus and the Vivomove Sport. These new fitness-centric wearables come with Android and iPhone support. Also, better voice support is also available in these new smartwatches. So let’s know in a little detail about these two new smart watches.

Garmin Venu 2 Plus

The Garmin Venu 2 Plus is a full-on smartwatch with a 1.3-inch AMOLED always-on display with a resolution of 416 x 416 pixels. It comes in a single edition with a size of 43mm.

Being a Plus edition, the latest smartwatch also gets a speaker and a microphone. That is, it is convenient for users to answer calls directly on the smartwatch. The microphone works via Bluetooth and allows users to support any smart assistant installed on their smartphone.

Apart from this, there are three battery endurance modes which include Smartwatch Mode with 9 days of backup, GPS Mode which reduces battery performance to 24 hours, and GPS Mode with Music, which gives only 8 hours of battery life.

The Garmin Venu 2 Plus is priced at $450 and is already available for sale through the official Garmin website.

Garmin Vivomove Sport

Coming to the Garmin vivomove Sport, the new smartwatch comes with hybrid watches including 3, 3S and Style. The Vivomove Sport sports an analog design with a small touchscreen display at the bottom of the display, which can also be hidden. It provides features like blood oxygen level, heart rate, exercise tracking and slip tracking.

The Garmin Vivomove Sport is up for sale in three color options which include Cocoa Case and Silicone Band with Peach Gold Accent, Cool Mint Case and Band with Silver Accent, and Black Case and Band with Slate Accent. Its cost is $180.

However, Garmin has not yet disclosed when this smartwatch will be launched in India and other countries.
