Future AMD Graphics Cards Will Overtake NVIDIA RTX 4000 in Power Efficiency and Performance Thanks to the new layout

Experts have said that the next generation AMD RTX 7000 series can outperform NVIDIA RTX 4000 series GPUs in terms of performance and power efficiency.
It should be noted that while this is a rumor. However, Wccftech reminds that the upcoming RX 7000 series is based on RDNA3 and has at least one processor with two different chips (5nm and 6nm TSMC). This confirms that AMD is using the MCM (Multi-chip module, multi-chip module) approach in new products. With it, the functionality of the microcircuit is spread over several chips, combined into one package.

The MCM approach will allow AMD to overtake NVIDIA in terms of power efficiency. While the company has recently focused more on carving out the niche of mainstream GPUs rather than the high-end gaming segment, that could change with RDNA3.
