Mumbai: French car manufacturer Citroen has launched its first electric car in India. The Citroen eC3 was introduced earlier this year. The starting price of this car is Rs 11.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The Citroen company has launched this car in four variants. This includes the Live, Feel, Feel Vibe Pack and Feel Dual Tone Vibe Back variants. The price of the top variant of these cars starts from Rs 12.43 lakh (ex-showroom).
Car deliveries start in next few days
Delivery of this car is said to start in the next few days. The Citroen eC3 will compete with electric cars in the Indian market. Specifically, the Citroen eC3 will compete with the Tata Tigor EV. Considering this, the Citroen eC3 is slightly more expensive than the Tata Tiago EV. The top model of Tata Tiago EV costs up to Rs 12 lakh. The Citroen eC3 has a mid 29.3 kW battery pack. This gives the car a range of up to 320 km on a single charge. This electric motor generates 57 PS of peak power and 143 Nm of peak torque. The Citroen eC3 accelerates from 0 to 60 kmph in 6.8 seconds. The top speed of this car is 107 kmph. The battery pack of this car supports DC fast charging. So the battery gets charged from 10% to 80% in 57 minutes. 15A power socket takes 10.5 hours to charge from 10 to 100%.

Three spoke flat bottom with multifunction steering wheel
The design of the Citroen eC3 differs from the standard C3 model. The presence of the letter E at the beginning of the name indicates that it is an electric vehicle. The size of this car is same as the ICE version. The price of Citroen eC3 Live is Rs 11.50 lakh ex-showroom. While the Citroen eC3 Feel is priced at ₹ 12.13 Lakh, the Citroen eC3 Feel Vibe Pack is priced at ₹ 12.28 Lakh, the Citroen eC3 Feel Dual Tone Vibe Pack is priced at ₹ 12.43 Lakh. The interior of the Citroen eC3 is similar to the C3 variant. But a slight change has been made in it. The steering wheel has a flat bottom three spoke with multifunction.
