Former Google employee claims: Humans will achieve immortality by 2030, nanorobots will prove to be a boon

Former Google engineer Ray Kurzweil has claimed that humans will achieve immortality with the help of nanorobots in just seven years. Kurzweil, a 75-year-old computer scientist, was awarded the National Medal for Technology in 1999 and will be inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame in 2022.

Tech vlogger Adagio has uploaded a video series on YouTube in this regard. In these videos, Kurzweil revisits claims made in his 2005 book The Singularity is Near. He predicted that technology would allow humans to have eternal life by 2030. He also said that the current advances and expansions seen in genetics, robotics and nanotechnology will allow nanorobots to run through our veins in the near future.
