Kerala Police has recently inducted 10 Force Gurkha SUVs in its fleet. Kerala Police already has this SUV in its fleet and is doing very well due to which more additional Gurkhas have been inducted in their fleet.
A picture of Kerala Police taking delivery of 10 Force Gurkha has been shared by a user on Facebook with the caption that 10 Force Gurkha SUV has been handed over to Kerala Police Department. These vehicles have been prepared according to the police.
Coming to the new Force Gurkha, this off-road SUV is available at a price of Rs. 14.75 lakh and is powered by a 2.6-litre turbocharged diesel engine that produces 91 Bhp of power and 250 Nm of peak torque.
The SUV gets a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard and a four-wheel drive system with locking differential which improves its off-road capability. Along with this, many more features are available in it.
Talking about the features of Force Gurkha, it has been given tilt and telescopic steering wheel, central locking, manual air conditioning, individual armrest, power windows, speed sensing door lock, follow me home headlight etc.
This SUV has LED headlight, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, digital instrument console with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, analog speedometer and tachometer. Its cabin has been prepared according to water proof.
In terms of safety, the Force Gurkha has dual airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, tire pressure monitoring system, speed alert, one-touch lane change indicator etc.
Talking about the design, it now gets a bold and sporty look with new front grille and LED headlight. The new generation Force Gurkha gets a new design circular LED headlamp, integrated LED DRL light and LED stop light.
It also gets a new front bumper with Gurkha written in big letters. Apart from this, black cladding and halogen fog lamps are available on the bumper. It gets 16-inch steel wheels, black ORVMs, black roof rails, functional rack, and turn indicators.
