What things can be pinned
With the help of this feature, users can pin any important thing like someone’s address, photo, video etc. on the top of the chat. Now you will not have to scroll through the entire chat from top to bottom to find a particular message. This feature was also available on WhatsApp earlier but only one text could be pinned in it. But now users can pin three chats.
How to pin a chat in WhatsApp
To pin any chat on WhatsApp, long press on it. After this you will see many options at the top of the screen. From these, select the “Pin” icon to pin the chat. By clicking on this icon, your chat will be pinned and will start appearing at the top of the screen. You can pin up to three chats to the chat screen. If you want to pin more than three chats, this will not happen. You must unpin any already pinned chat.
