To get mobile SIM card information one has to go to Tafcop Consumer Portal issued by Indian Department of Telecom. With the help of this you can get information about how many SIM cards are in your name. You have to enter your mobile number on the website. You have to click on the Request OTP button. After some time an OTP will be sent to the mobile number. After entering this OTP you will see the list of all mobile numbers from mobile number.
If you see any number in this list which is issued from your Aadhaar card without your knowledge. So you can turn it off immediately. You can block the number by talking to the customer care officer of the concerned telecom company. For your information, the government has fixed the number of SIM cards per person. Customer cannot use more SIM cards than this number of SIMs. According to the Department of Telecommunications, this number is 9. That means you cannot use more than 9 SIM cards in the country. In Jammu Kashmir, Assam and North East this number is only 6. If you are using more than this number of SIM cards, it is illegal.
