Intel said that reviews of Arc A7 video cards will be published tomorrow. This applies to the Arc A770 and A750 models, which, although they were presented on different days, will enter the market at the same time on October 12th.
In addition, the head of the graphics division of Intel Raja Koduri (Raja Koduri) admitted that the work on the current generation of video cards was difficult.
In particular, Intel was unlucky with the fact that it was at this moment that the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown broke out in the world, which made some development processes significantly more complicated. At the same time, Koduri this time actually denied the rumors that Intel would close this business due to failures with Arc, and there would be no next generation of video cards. In particular, Koduri said that the bulk of the team is already working on Battlemage generation GPUs, and the results are now better than they were at the same stage of development of the Alchemist line.
As a reminder, on October 12, three Arc models will go on sale: A770 16GB with a price of $350, A770 8GB with a price of $330 and A750 with a price of $290.
