FD Interest Rate : The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has increased the interest rates of FD for the second time in the month of July after the announcement of increase in the repo rate. This time many banks have increased the interest rates of Fixed Deposit i.e. FD. As soon as FD interest rate has become alluring for investors on fixed deposits. However, traditional banks offer interest rates on FDs in the 2-6 per cent bracket.
