Various tests have already proven that the SoC Exynos 2400 actually turned out to be quite good against the background of Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. However, the latest data suggests that nevertheless on the platform Samsung is much worse with energy efficiency.
If we talk only about the processor part, then there are tests of large and medium cores. In the test of larger cores Exynos 2400 shows itself at the level of Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Dimensity 9300, while strongly outperforming both in energy efficiency. The test of medium cores looks more interesting, as here the Exynos 2400 competes with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, while the Dimensity 9300 competes with it very strongly. In terms of energy efficiency, again the Samsung platform turns out to be last.
Separately you can evaluate the mode Light Mode for larger cores, where the performance drops by 10%, so the consumption drops immediately by 30%, due to which the energy efficiency becomes better than in Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
Thus, we can say that technically Exynos 2400 is very good, but its potential is not revealed due to the technology process Samsung 4 nm, which competes with the similar one from TSMC.
