Quem will be fully investigated
The EPFO has ordered that when an employee files his claim, he should be well investigated at the beginning. If there are any deficiencies or errors while filing the claim on behalf of an employee, then tell him in advance, so that the claim does not take much time to come. After this, all the rejected claims will be sent for review and its drawbacks will be corrected. And then the quem will be processed within the stipulated time. According to the new order, all the shortcomings of Quem have to be reported to the employees at once.
Employees are upset
Actually, the department had been complaining for a long time that Claim meets late. Claim is rejected many times. Employees say that the deficiencies that remain in the quem file are not told at once and then reject it again and again later. As such, the department took this decision to eliminate the problem of department employees.
