Starlink Gets Approval in India
India’s space regulatory body, IN-SPACe, has issued a draft letter of intent to Starlink. Once signed, Starlink will officially receive permission to start its services in India. This comes after a long wait of three years, and now Starlink is ready to roll out internet services in the country.
Starlink Internet Speed
Starlink is expected to offer download speeds between 50 Mbps and 250 Mbps in India. The total data capacity in India is estimated to be between 600 and 700 Gbps, allowing thousands of users to stay connected at the same time. At these speeds, users can easily stream videos, make video calls, play online games, and work from home.

The expected price of Starlink’s Standard Kit is ₹33,000 (approximately $395). The kit will include:
