Elon Musk again dropped another bombshell on Twitter employees! Said by email – fill this form or else…

New owner of Twitter Elon Musk is making many big decisions. First he removed several large officers from the company. Then finished the staff work from home and asked to work for 40 hours continuously. Now they have sent an email, which surprised the employees…

Alan Musk (Twitter ), the new head of Twitter (Twitter ), wants employees to be ready for a difficult time to come. In an email to his staff, Musk said that employees would have to work hard to make Twitter 2.0. He said that employees will have to work on ‘high intensity’ for a long time. Employees were also asked to fill out a form by 3:30 AM IST. If an employee fails to do so, he will get severance pay for three months.

Going forward, to create a successful Twitter 2.0 and succeed in an increasingly competitive world, we will need to be extremely hardcore. This would mean working on high intensity for a long time. Only exceptional performance will constitute the passing grade. Twitter will also be much engineering-driven. Design and product management will still be very important and report to me, but great code writeers will constitute the majority of our team and have the greatest dominance. At the heart of it, Twitter is a software and server company, so I think it makes sense.

If you are sure that you want to be a part of the new Twitter, please click yes on the link below: form.gle. Anyone who has not done so until ET tomorrow ( Thursday ) 5 pm will receive a three-month break. Whatever decision you make, thank you for your efforts to make Twitter a success.

Alan Musk made many big decisions

Alan Musk finished the first employees’ work from home and also asked him to spend at least 40 hours in the office. He ended the ‘rest day’ holiday for Twitter employees soon after acquiring the company.

Following the acquisition of Musk, Twitter underwent large layoffs, reducing the workforce by nearly 50 percent. He then fired a group of people on the company’s Slack channel for criticizing him.
