Hero MotoCorp has launched Surge S32 two-in-one electric vehicle. It is a unique vehicle that can function as both a three-wheeler and an electric scooter. In three-wheeler mode, the Surge S32 looks like a conventional cargo auto. It has a front passenger seat, a rear seat and a small cargo area.
In scooter mode, the Surge S32 looks like a conventional electric scooter. It has a single-seater seat, a small cargo area and a front disc brake. Hero MotoCorp believes that the Surge S32 is an ideal vehicle for small businesses and entrepreneurs. This allows them to carry out both goods transportation and personal travel with the same vehicle.
Power of Surge S32 Electric Vehicle
The Surge S32 is available with two different battery options. The base model has a 3.5 kWh battery that offers a range of 60 kilometers. The top-spec model has an 11 kWh battery that offers a range of 120 km. The price of Surge S32 starts from Rs 1.25 lakh. It is one of the most affordable two-in-one electric vehicles available in India.
Capacity to carry 500 Kg weight
Surge S32 gets different batteries and motors for three-wheeler and two-wheeler. Its three-wheeler cargo unit has a power of 10 Kw. For this it has been connected to an 11 Kwh battery. After connecting the electric scooter to the three-wheeler, it can be driven at a top speed of 50 kilometers per hour. The top speed of its electric scooter unit is 60 kilometers per hour. A 3.5 Kwh battery has been installed in the two-wheeler, which gives it a maximum power of 3 Kw. The load capacity of this three-wheeler is up to 500 kg.
