EK has added a water block to the Quantum line of liquid cooling systems for systems based on the Asus ROG Strix X570-I Gaming ITX board. EK-Quantum Momentum Waterblock2 ROG Strix X570-I Gaming D-RGB removes heat from the AMD Ryzen AM4 processor, voltage regulators and chipset.
The base of the water block is made of copper and nickel plated. The cover material is transparent acrylic plastic. The waterblock features 19 addressable LED backlighting compatible with Asus’ Aura Sync RGB control system. Like other EK water blocks, the new product is characterized by low flow resistance, which allows it to be used in conjunction with a low-power pump.
The waterblock is already available for pre-order at a price of 200 euros. Shipping will begin mid-February 2022.
