For this you have to first go to the website http://voterportal.eci.gov.in/ or https://nvsp.in/. After logging in, the Download e-EPIC option appears in the menu navigation.
Now enter EPIC number or Form Reference Number. An OTP will now appear on your registered phone number. After verifying it, save the file in your phone by clicking on Download e-EPIC.
