Ducati is gradually expanding its range of electric bikes. Ducati has had significant success in racing and is looking to extend that success to its electric vehicle business. Ducati already has several electric scooters and foldable electric bikes for urban mobility. The SCR-X and SCR-E GT e-bikes were designed by Centro Stile Ducati and Platinum. Both models have a similar design, but thanks to the tires Knobby SCR-E GT is a more durable model. Both models use a 48V motor.

The Ducati Scrambler SCR-X and SCR-E GT are designed for a pleasant, eco-friendly city ride. The SCR-X has a telescopic front suspension, a rear rack that can carry loads up to 25kg. Its removable 499 Wh battery can provide a range of up to 80 km on a full charge. The maximum speed of the SCR-X is 25 km/h and the battery can be charged separately. The SCR-E GT is able to go off-road thanks to its durable tires. It can navigate gravel roads and sand. The SCR-E GT has a stronger frame and offers the same speed/range options as the SCR-X.

The Ducati Scrambler SCR-X and SCR-E GT e-bikes have an aluminum frame that folds easily and can be carried in the trunk. The hub-mounted Bafang electric motor in the new electric bikes can deliver a maximum torque of 60Nm. Electric bikes also have a 7-speed gearbox. If desired, the electric bike can be used as a regular training bike.
