Ducati Futa Electric Cycle with 80 km Range Launched, Know Price and Features

Ducati has launched an electric racing cycle called the Futa EV, which is a high-performance bicycle. It gets a battery pack of 250Wh capacity, for which the company claims that it can run the electric cycle 80 km in a single charge. It can also be fitted with an extra battery pack, which increases the range to 160 km. The electric motor present in it is of 250W capacity.

The Ducati Futa electric cycle has been launched in four sizes, with prices starting at €7,690 (approximately Rs.6.5 lakh). The electric cycle will be introduced by the company from July 2022. Online And will be made available on offline store. A limited edition model will also be offered. The company says that only 50 units of this limited edition will be made available. The price of this edition is €11,990 (approximately Rs 10 lakh).

Advance features are available in this electric bike of Ducati. Since it is a racing road bike, it is fitted with a carbon fiber monocoque frame, which not only gives it strength but also helps in keeping its weight down. The 2×12 speed wireless electronic shifting setup in the e-cycle is available in the rear hub motor. Stopping power comes from K-Force V hydraulic disc brakes on 160mm FSA rotors.

The Ducati Futa is fitted with a 250W electric motor. The 250Wh capacity battery pack gives a range of 80 km, and an extra battery pack can be fitted to this cycle, which will increase the range to 160 km. At present, the company has not made any announcement regarding its global availability.
