Droneacharya Aerial Innovations IPO: The IPO of Droneacharya Aerial Innovations has opened from Tuesday and on the very first day investors rushed to invest in this IPO. Droneacharya Aerial Innovation’s IPO has been subscribed 22.94 times. And the reserve quota for retail investors has been subscribed 37.89 times. From December 13 to 15, 2022, investors will be able to invest in the IPO.
Pune based Drone Acharya Aerial Innovations is an SME IPO backed by veteran investor Shankar Sharma. And its trading has started in the gray market as well. The stock is trading at a premium of Rs 65 in the gray market. The company has fixed the price band of IPO at Rs 52 to 54 per share. That is, according to the current gray market rate, the share can be listed at Rs.119. For retail investors, a lot of 2000 shares has been kept at Rs 1.08 lakh.
62.90 lakh shares are being offered in the IPO, of which 8.98 lakh shares have been reserved for HNIs, 11.94 lakh shares for institutional investors and 20.92 lakh shares for retail investors. The quota for retail investors has been subscribed 37.89 times. The company has issued 20.92 lakh shares in the IPO for retail investors. But on the very first day of opening of the IPO, applications for 7.92 crore shares have come. The reserve category for non-institutional investors has been subscribed 17.25 times. The institutional investors’ quota has been subscribed 1.03 times.
Droneacharya Aerial Innovation is a startup company. Apart from Shankar Sharma, many other veterans have also invested in this company. Switzerland-based Wellstone Capital has also taken a pre-IPO stake in the company. The share of Droneacharya Aerial Innovation will be listed on BSE SME Exchange. Manufacturing of drones and sensors will be done with the amount raised through IPO.
Droneacharya Aerial Innovation is the first company in the private sector to get certified RTPO (Remote Pilot Training Organization) from DGCA. The company got the license in 2022. And till now the company has given training to 180 drone pilots. In the first quarter of 2022-23, the company’s revenue was Rs 3.09 crore, on which there was a profit of Rs 72.06 lakh.
