You can link via SMS Pan-Aadhaar

To link your PAN with Aadhar Card, send UIDPAN <12 Digit Aadhar Number> <10 Digit Permanent Account Number> from registered mobile number and send SMS to 567678 and 56161.   • To do this, first go to the Income Tax e-filing website www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in.
