Tata Motors: This April, Tata Motors is offering significant discounts and benefits on its EV cars. A discount of up to Rs. 50,000 is available on the Nexon EV, with benefits of up to Rs. 65,000 on the Tiago EV. Similar discounts were offered on this electric compact SUV and hatchback last month as well. The maximum benefit is being provided on the MY2023 model, while the MY2024 model of the Tiago EV is also receiving substantial discounts this month.

Discount on Tata Nexon EV

Tata dealerships are providing buyers of the MY2023 Nexon EV (facelift) with Rs. 50,000 as a ‘Green Bonus’, which is a cash discount. This discount is applicable to all variants of Nexon EV manufactured between September and December 2023. However, there are no discounts available on any variant of the MY2024 Nexon EV this month.

Tata Nexon EV Specifications

Tata has introduced the Nexon EV in two variants: MR, which features a 30.2kWh battery and an ARAI range of 325km, and LR, which boasts a 40.5kWh battery and a range of 465km. Both versions come standard with a 7.2kW AC charger, capable of charging the MR’s battery from 10 to 100 percent in 4.3 hours, while the LR’s battery takes 6 hours to charge. The Nexon EV MR features an electric motor producing 129hp power and 215Nm torque, while the LR variant has a motor generating 145hp power and 215Nm torque. The Nexon EV is priced between Rs. 14.49 lakh and Rs. 19.29 lakh and competes with the Mahindra XUV400.

Discount on Tata Tiago EV

Similar to last month, customers can avail discounts of up to Rs. 65,000 on the MY2023 Tata Tiago EV, including a ‘Green Bonus’ of Rs. 50,000 and an exchange offer of up to Rs. 15,000. On MY2024 stock, Tata dealerships are offering discounts of up to Rs. 35,000 (green bonus of Rs. 20,000) on the Tiago EV LR variant, while discounts of up to Rs. 20,000 (green bonus of Rs. 10,000) are available on the two MR trims – XE and XT – this month.
